Pear and saffron jellies

Fresh fruit jellies (inspired by Ottolenghi), infused with cardamom and threads of red saffron to liven up winter pears. Served in shot glasses.

Ingredients
: pears, sugar, saffron, cardamom, vegetarian setting gel.

    As someone who is wheat intolerant the wonderful spread of delicious goodies was a revelation! I would never have guessed it was all gluten free. It just shows what a truly talented cook can do with well researched, healthy ingredients. Can’t wait for the next friend’s birthday for an excuse to go again. The wonderful jelies will haunt my dreams-in a really good way.
