Stripey buckwheat joconde

Rice and coffee-flavoured buckwheat joconde cake, with white chocolate mousse and blueberry purée.

Ingredients in cake: rice flour, buckwheat flour, coffee, eggs, sugar, butter, ground almonds.
Ingredients in mousse: white chocolate, whipping cream,  sugar.
Ingredients in puree: blueberries, sugar, vegetarian gelatin.
