I grew up in San Diego, California. I met my English husband in Paris and so, well, here I am in London with a husband, and son and daughter.
I’ve always loved to bake, love transforming the ingredients, love the aromas that fill the house. When my daughter’s husband was diagnosed as coeliac, we started exploring non-wheat based flours. More baking!
Day-to-day I explore more ‘health and wellness’ recipes – some good ones here – but the occasional indulgent treat is just fine by me!
